I have to say that I was sorry to see Alicia go last night. She really worked hard for her team. Yes, she could be a bit harsh with some of her team members. Could she have kept some opinions to herself? Certainly, but that's just not Alicia. She is a strong woman who calls it like she sees it. She's true to herself, and she was not interested in acting like someone she's not in order to win. I don't believe that Jerri, who acts nice one minute and nasty the next, deserves to stay over Alicia. Alicia may have been blunt, but she was GENUINE. Something Jerri has not been able to display with any amount of credibility whatsoever! I admire Alicia and wish her good luck in her life.
