I completely agree with this comment. They are in business with Discover Bank regarding collections. This is a collections company with the rite to call them selves Lawers. Problem is the people who call you like to act like lawyers, untill you question them. These folks are to say the least money driven and so not care why you or your family are broke or fighting to stay affloat. It is a shame Discover used this firm. It truly show the level bottom scum they are. I too was talk to like an idiot and more. And was given or should I say demanded to pay amounts of money with in time lines that would never work with no other options. Pay or die sort of attitude.

You are 110 % right about these people. They garnished my wages a couple of years ago (Discover), and the garnishment expired. I paid over $6000. Believe me, that doesn't leave much to live on monthly. Just last week I received a "Notice of Garnishment". No where does this show where it was filed, case number, etc. and they claim I owe over $4000 more. That's impossible and I am disputing the claim. Unfortunately, I can find no case in the county clerk's office. These people must be stopped and yes, all those people that call you AT WORK act like they are lawyers but they are not. They are flunkies and this practice needs to be stopped. Any suggestions from anyone?
