i agree 100%! I went there to have some our wedding bands custom made and another ring custum made. They charged us an arm and a leg to do the work. Then they gave us a date they would be finished and that date came and went. So I called and they gave me a new finish date. Still no phone call saying they were done. So I called and they said the jewelar went on vacation and he did not finish them before he left. When we finally did get the rings back the work/craftmenship was horible and we had to take the rings back to be fixed. Again the did not make there due date this time either. When we did get them back there was a scatch on the tanzanite ring and my soon to be wife alomst started crying. So we had to take them back again. Then we had them appraised and the appraiser noticed cracks in both of the shanks so we took them back again. It was so bad everyone in the store new me by name and my address from filling out work orders. Then my fiance took my wedding present (movado watch) to have the back ingraved to a different Jareds and they messed that up as well. I have not yet seen it but she says the ingraving is crooked and the spacing of the words and lines is horrible. We will NEVER go back to JAREDS and I tell everyone how unhappy we are with them.
