I want to know why we are charged SPH (sales-per-hour) before and after actual selling hours! Our sales should start right when we open and stop at closing...but it doesn't work that way. Can't get an answer from the store I work in!! Imagine that!!!!

Before store opening and after closing, is automatically calculated as special hours! It is not held against you!

If you get to the store and clock in 30 minutes or before opening or 30 minutes or after for closing special hours are given for any time before or after the store is open or closed. Less than that is considered taking care of general job duties such as opening or closing the register.
