That is a promise no candidate can do, because none of them have any idea of what is involved in military operations. Not to mention that things evolve from one day to the other and the operations must adjust accordingly. The end of the war will be when we feel relatively secure that Iraq is capable to handle itself and when the terrorist activities will not warrant the presence of our troops there. And that could happen next year or ten years from now.
