CVS/Pharmacy 2

I work at cvs in south bend Indiana! Its sucks! We were Osco's but was brought out by CVS. We are under paid and under staffed. If u dont do enough scripts that week or month they will cut the staffs hours! WTH! 1 Pharmacist and 1 tech! Answer the phone in 15minutes! Give meds out for free if u cant pay 3.00 co pays! Give $25 dollar gift cards out if a customer lies on you! Dont ban people from the store who steal or threaten the staff! Now thats great customer service! Dont make more than $10 a hour because u dont need a raise every year! Did your father or mother die? You will be on the schedule the next day! Sorry employees cant use coupons! Your not a customer! But you sent $100.00!
