Bad customer service, especially because of the subs they send to your home that don't want to do the work that you paid them to do.

I wouldn't dream of defending Cox, but if you presume to tell me how to run wires I'd walk before you had a chance to kick me out of your house, you spaz. I am the trained professional, thank you...

I did not tell anyone how to run wires. I paid cox extra for the service installation to run through the attic. Sub came out and tried to do an outside cable install. I said I paid extra to have it in the attic. He said it couldn't be done.
If you, the sub come out and presume to lie and tell me it is impossible when I, and the cable company before you, have done it in each room before your parent company bought them out, you need to get more training.
For Cox to take my money then send an installer
To lie and say it can't be done because you don't feel like doing the job is wrong.
You are not a professional if you come into someone's home and try to short them of what they paid for.
Then to actually get up and do the install after saying it was impossible, cut all my old cables to other rooms that were installed and knock off my air ducts is really professional as well.
I bet numbah16tdhaha, maybe they should have sent you.
