Yeah. Vet bills can get kinda ridiculous these days (not uncommon to spend upwards of $200-$300/visit in some places), but it doesn't do any good to have insurance if they refuse to pay out on anything. But, that's insurance companies for you . . .

Call me cold hearted, but I don't think I'd ever be willing to spend that kind of money on a pet. Back on the farm we took a rifle to animals who were in that bad of shape.
