They send you matches which are people who are not interested in you (i.e., someone looking for a younger person than you) - they automatically renew your subscription without notice and will not refund when requested. The 6 month guarantee is bogus - you have to send at least 5 emails to 5 different people every month in order to qualify (not advertised, of course!)

You can control the kinds of matches they send to you. E.g., you can specify that you only want to be sent "mutual matches," which are people whose criteria match yours, such as looking for someone the age that you are. Match tells you how to do that. You also can be sent matches from three different kinds of searches you create and save. If you can't figure out how to do it, send me a message and I'll help you through it.

I had all the criteria entered; I knew how to use the site. My review still stands.
