I bought a bumper to bumper warranty from this company on my 1999 Ford Expedition. They advertise on their website that it is bumper to bumper. I have been told by the company that I did not purchase a bumper to bumper warranty, but rather an "insurance policy" for my vehicle. Since I purchased this warranty, again bumper to bumper, I have had to fight with this company on every issue and repair. I have been harassed by this company and have been told that the repair would not be covered everytime. After fighting for sometimes weeks, they finally say okay we will comprise and cover this part but you have to pay for this item. Often times the part I am responsible to pay for is the result of the part that is broken in the first place. I am told after purchasing my warranty that the only parts covered on my bumper to bumper coverage is internally lubricated parts. This company advertises that it is an A+ rated company, which is very misleading. The way that they represent this one would think is the rating with BBB. Which they have no rating with BBB and a lot of complaints. In addition, they list themselves with a company that "appears" as a company that rates the reliability and usability of the company. Once looking further into the company that gave them this rating what the score indicates is how reliable the website works. Again, very misleading. I am currently dealing with an issue with the company that I think a representative from BBB would be interested in hearing about. The mechanic cannot believe some of the stuff that this company is saying and trying to do. There are SEVERAL complaints about this company on blogs and there is actually a couple of individuals trying to start a class suit against this warranty/"insurance" company for the same reasons that I have described above.Thank you and I look forward to speaking with someone about my issues.
