it'd be hard to imagine how a president could do any worse, even if he tried really hard.

7. tax breaks to the ultra-rich

10. went back on kyoto accords
11. impeded stem cell research
12. just an all around foolish a**
thus, i propose the following:
- anyone who voted for bush in 2000 should not be allowed to vote again, ever
- anyone who voted for bush in 2004 should not be allowed to breed, ever
