What is bad is this is all so true will have to tell you about what Time Warner told me about this bill I keep getting. Because I turned the cable off but didnt turn in the modem box I am being charged $100 for equipment usage. I told the lady it was probably at the bottom of Lake Sabine or floated out to sea. She says what do you mean why would it be there, why did you put it out in the lake. Me I didnt do it Ike did it. Her why did Ike do that, it is your responsibility. Me Hurricane Ike. Do you not know we were destroyed by a hurricane? Her no sorry to hear that but you are still responsible for the equipment until you turn it in. Me are you kidding me? How do you expect me to turn in something I dont have anymore? Her well I am terribly sorry for your misfortune but until the equipment is turned in you will be billed for the equipment. After several more rounds of this insanity I told her I would go to the GM at the local office and hung up on the idiotic woman. Uyuuggghghttrtrrrrrrbut here is the big Kicker..

I am getting a $10 credit check in the next few weeks since my service is being disconnected!!
