okay-first of all-this "establishment" of a bank is a the biggest joke I ever seen-how come they hire employees who have embezzled over 500,000 dollars and u know, I have used their sh*tty bank for nearly 3 years, yep three until their chumpy teller rips up my deposit slip and tells me that she is going to correct it for me and she then does not deposit the right amount, makes me over withdrawn and YOU BET I GOT ALL 140 DOLLARS IN OVERDRAFT FEES B/C I DO NOT THINK SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING-THEY WANT TO TELL ME TO GO GET A PIGGY BANK-WELL I WOULD RATHER HAVE A CERAMIC PIGGY THAN ONE AROUND MY TUMMY....they are not educated in their "profession" if you want to call it that and this is worse Banking experience I have EVER had-and YES they juggle every transaction around to their advantage so they can make some 35$ overdraft fees-they are simply trying to act like they are a stable bank when really they are a ghetto bank with ghetto tellers thinking they are going to rip some people off-well wise up-I think SUNTRUST has too many BLACK HOLES to gain any respect from me...
