Yes I am having the same problem. I have replaced all the spings in the gun it improved but still dosnt work all the time. I have been having a hard time getting any help with this issue for some time now. I am about to trade it off or throw it in the lake what ever comes first. Please let us know if you here anything. I will be watching this forum for sure.

Hi its gooseman again i just went out and shot about 100 rounds of trap after cleaning my gun and i had about ten misfires. I contacted winchester/browning and I then shipped the gun back to them. We will see what happens. I will keep you informed.
