Cancel the automatic withdrawals and leave. The signup agreement is illegal in virtually all of the states. Ignore the idle threats...and get out...or they will drain your account dry regularly. It is all they know how to do well. Shut them off now! They really cannot do a damn thing about it.

I recommend you contact www.bbb.org and file a claim against wild blue over 1000 complaints filed and many were settled. It is what I am trying. Good luck. If you cancel your account with wild blue make sure you get the referance # and keep it handy.
