I must agree about Hollywood video and the way they are with their staff. Its not just the hollywood side Game Crazy is just as bad. I saw a post about the Flamingo/Decatur store here in las vegas. My good friend worked at that Hollywood and I know how horrible it was. Randy Miles the DM is a complete tool. He was the Game Crazy DM before he was Hollywoods.I worked on the game crazy side. The only reason he even got promoted to the Hollywood side is because the good DM Wayne Merideth left. Wayne was the best DM. He promoted from within, gave everyone a shot and was always involved with his store. Randy overlooked people on both the Game Crazy side as well as the Hollywood side who were well trained, great employees and amazing partners to hire new unexperienced people. Mostly from best buy. Randy came out of Big Box Best Buy and seems to hire and baby all their rejects. The Regional manager Mike Herrick is just as bad. He has to see how horrible the business is doing now and how horribly Randy is failing. He wont fire him due to only having ONE District Manager for all the HW's in LV. Randy really needs to start watching more tape or something. His store on Nellis and Lakemead is Horrible. Sahara and Durango is no better. One a plus note the Game crazys are looking great. I worked at game crazy for 2 years, I miss the fun laid back job A LOT but would never ever think of going back to that company due to Randy. If you need a job think about applying at Block, they pay better.

LOL this dude is an idiot, he was fired for stealing and now works at Blockbuster and claims to be making more money. He lied to Randy Miles, "the tool", and told him that he wanted to follow him over to Hollywood, all the while knowing that Keeno, the current game crazy DM, was onto his game of five finger discounting merchandise for his own gain. He is a drama queen and has always been one, please disregard anything this moron posts. He speaks to which he does not know and claims to be a victim, all the while eating his Digiorno pizzas that he traded free games to the Ice Cream guy for. Enjoy Blockbuster buddy.

Just as a side note Wayne did not leave, he was also fired, and since have threatened the lives of his former employers. Clearly though he was a far superior and professional manager than Randy "the tool" Miles.

Actually, I know 100% FOR SURE Wayne was not FIRED. He left on his own. Check your facts ask around. Its funny how Jurinek comes on here and runs his mouth about Wayne, yet kissed his ass and modeled himself after him while he was working for him. I guess Randy isnt the only tool... huh Chris? Id love to see you say all this to Wayne personally. BTW he hasn't threatened anyone since leaving Hollywood. He put that part of his life and all that bullshit behind him. Hollywood is a faint memory in his mind. So Chris your working at Block huh? Big man running a video store. How old are you like 60? Isnt it time for a real job instead? Your never going to be DM get over it. Also still all depressed over your wife leaving you because she said she just didnt want to be married anymore then married someone else right after... Ever stop and think maybe it was just you she couldn't stand. Are you still LEASING expensive cars to try to prove something? Still only see your kids once a week??? You hate Wayne so much because your jealous of him and wanted to be him. Get over yourself. Have another pizza. Oh and Btw your old, stop dressing like your 20.
