Arbonne International 1

I started using the NutriMinC line less than a week ago and yesterday I had to stop using it. I usually have pretty smooth skin and after using the product for only a few days my skin had breakouts everywhere all over my face. It was itching and burning after using it. It got so bad that I decided to go to a dermatologist in hopes they could help me identify the problem and help get my skin back to normal. They told me it was a reaction to Vitamin C (which is the main ingredient) and that it is a common reaction in many people. So before you buy this product, try samples first! I spent $200+ and now will never use it again. If this happens to anyone else, the dermatologist gave me cortizone cream and she said all the breakouts should subside within 48 hours.

Why exactly would you condemn a skin care line because YOU had an allergic reaction. That's blaming the product for something it didn't do.

I'm allergic to several different things including food and it's not the food or products fault.

I notice a lot more postive than negatives on Arbonne products. I like most of them, but not all of them. I don't blame Arbonne. It's really just me.

As for the RE9, I also had a reaction to the vitamin C although not severe. I did break out. I was warned that I might and to just keep using it. My rep was right. After 2 weeks my skin began to clear completely and I barely break out even during the monthly.

As for allergic reaction to Vitamin C, it's not "common" at all, it's actually uncommon. Adjustment to it is common, allergic reaction is not.

I agree with you totally on the breakout, rash, bumps, burning, etc. When this happened to me I quit using it!! You are not the first nor the last to report this and thank goodness I quit using it immediately.

I know a woman that continued to use Arbonne because her consultant told her to. When her skin just kept getting worse (she had the same problem as me) she finally quit using it & is still having problems with her skin 1 yr. later and she had great skin before!!

As for the reaction to Vit. C....it is very common, just do some research on this. So if Arbonne doesn't work for you just quit using it ASAP!
