Science diet uses BHA/BHT and ethoxyquin in some of their formulas. Do you condone this?

BHA and BHT are regulated by the Food and Drug Administration. The FDA has determined that these antioxidants are safe and effective when used in the recommended quantities of less than 200ppm of the fat or oil content. Federal officials carefully monitor the extent of consumption of additives, and the results of any new research to assure its continued use within safe levels. Ethoxyquin is deemed by the FDA as a safe and effective preservative when used at recommended levels. Even when used at trace levels it is particularly effective in the preservation of fats and oils, especially foods subject to sensitive stability control

Anything that is at all questionable (like BHA/BHT) i would not allow my pets to consume, look at some of the other things the FDA approves, that has been life threatening, even for humans.
