To anyone else reading this comment: it just goes to show what another poster already said. The people who hate it here are generally the ones who don't actually care about living in a place with culture or quality of life. They'd live in a wasteland like Phoenix or Dallas as long as they could afford a cheap house and brand new made-in-China stuff there.
