I have worked for cvs for 15 years yeah some stores might have problems but all companies have problem stores over all cvs is a good company and most stores are nice. CVS also donates hundreds of millions to charity every year. I will always shop cvs over other drug stores. Walgreens sucks at walgreens your not a customer your a number.

Yeah they give millions to charity to try to make a good name for themselves. You must be upper management trying to make cvs sound great. Well it is not great low salary, long working hours that you don't get paid for and a workload that is impossible to finish. Can you guess what i was?? A store manager that worked their ass off for over 10 years and was given the boot for a ridiculous reason so watch out when they have you sign all the sign-off sheets its just a way of them trying to back them selves up so they don't get sued, but guess what it doesn't always work!!!!! Cvs isn't as great as you made it out to be, they must have you brain washed!!

The problem stores are the high profit stores, in my experience. The small margin stores are, usually, run by extremely high ethic based thinkers. You think that's rewarded, you're flat out wrong. What is loved, is high numbers based off of profits and those stupid surveys that EVERYONE that works in the store calls.

I hope this person IS an upper management corporate clown. You're "Strive for 5" is a complete WASTE of money. The employee takes the receipt portion, rips it off, hands it to a family member (or friend), and tells them what to do. It's garbage, and its just a way to shut the investors up.

MAYBE CVS SHOULD PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES A LIVING WAGE INSTEAD OF DONATING MONEY. WE WORK LONG DAYS MAKING CRAPPY WAGES AND THE MANAGER GETS THE BONUS WE GET 2%
