Suntrust is a joke! I had 6 transactions paid for and hard posted on Monday leaving my current balance at 6.33 and available balance at 5.33 with one gas purchased holding a 1.00 still on the way, so I deposited 30.00 into my account to cover it making my available balance at 35.33 as I checked my account again online after making the deposit! Why the very next day my account is -199. Suntrust manipulated my account reposted the 6 transactions as if they were never paid so that they could take my MONEY that paid for those 6 items for a 140.00 NSF fees leaving me negative and not having the money to pay the charges once paid. I spoke with a branch manager which was trying to explain the crap they were taught but it didn't make sense to her either! So I was told to email her with a letter for her area manager to review!??? But somehow the 5.33 balance I saw on Monday mysteriously disappeared, some how they never saw any such thing in my account showing I had a 5.33 balance, because if they had that means those items had been paid for!!!!!!
