Jim Beam is not an accurate representation of Bourbon. You should really try Knob creek or wild turkey rare breed. Try some of the bourbon single barrels or small batches. Some say that they are comparable to single malt scotch. Personally I find all of Jack Daniels products to be a tad overrated.
