I agree it helps for anxiety, maybe even depression and at first it did make me itchy, but that seems to have subsided the longer I've taken them. I don't do them every day, but will do them when I can get them.

since i posted my review, i've found that i'm not getting that nice, elevated feeling from the drug. up until recently, i could take as little as a 1/4 pill (7.5 mgs) and feel relaxed. now, while it relaxes me into a nap, that's all it does. i had stopped taking it every day a while ago, thinking that i could get more of a lift from it when i did take it. strange. well, if they take it off the market, i won't feel so badly.
