Sonic Drive-In 3

I work at Sonic, and I'm not trying to toot my own horn, but I have yet to go off on a customer. But generally, this is what you do.

Please stop telling us we're stupid because of the price. We have no control.

Please stop getting mad and driving off on your order because you're limited to three coupons an order.

Please stop asking about our Tacos, we stopped making them. More than six months ago.

Please stop replying "BOTH" When I ask if you want Mayonnaise, mustard, or Ketchup. IT'S THREE THINGS.

Please don't hate us because we won't let you in the bathroom after dark, it's not our fault people kept using it as a drug depository.

If you see the place busy, and your order seems to be taking a while, we are generally working our hardest to get it out. You calling in and telling us about horrible service helps a lot too.

Please stop throwing your food and trash on the stall ground. Even if we made a mistake, just simply ask for a refund, or a remake, and we'll make it for you again.
For all you who said we are douches who don't apologize, then you're going to the wrong restaurant.

HUGE NOTE!
I APOLOGIZE TO EVERYONE. I KNOW ASKING YOU EVERY TIME IF YOU WANT AN ORDER OF CHEESE STICKS IS ANNOYING, BUT WE HAVE TO.

Please stop telling us your order is to go. You are in your car, you dictate when you leave. There is no priority list we put you on. Be patient.

Don't yell at the carhop if the food has not been made to satisfaction. Nine times out of ten, we have nothing to do with making the food.

Remember, we're also customers too, so we understand waiting sucks. But we also have to deal with adults who act like four year olds when their Cherry Limeade just doesn't have the right amount of Cherry to Sprite ratio.

This really happens.

I don't care if you tip, I don't care if you say thank you, please just be understanding.

I agree Trip, but you are leaving out for these people that you are not getting paid anything that car hops only get paid 3.15 that they are suppose to make up tips to make it min. wage. And the managers are only getting paid 7.5 to do the gms job who gets paid double what they do. ALL gms are lazy! I stopped working at this job not because of the customers bc the customers are right! Why do they only get on scoop of m&ms or whatever with there blast. Stuff like that. Yeah it frustrates you just as much as it does them to have to suggestive sell an item, but if you don't do it and a mystery shop comes in and you did not do it, you get fired! So hey, you just do what you have to do and maybe instead of taking it out on the customers on here, explain it to them and help them understand how much of a pain it is working there and if the economy was in better shape maybe you could find a better job, but hey someone has to work for this restaurant. What I don't get Trip is that they have a Sonic Football bowl, but we don't get paid a lot.
Well good luck there, maybe one day you will become wise enough to go serve at fine dinning where you will make hundreds of dollars more then you do there!

in kansas, we get paid 6.55 starting out.... tips are just extra
