Dubya was just acting on faulty intelligence. He has no desire to see innnocent people get killed. Bush never set up concentration camps to kill people. He never sent political prisoners to gulags to work themselves to death. Heck, Elie Wiesel, a famous Holocaust Survivor, praised President Bush for his stance against terrorism. If Bush enacted dictatorial tendencies, he'd be out of office in a New York Minute. Bush is to Iraq as LBJ is to Vietnam.
