I have also been victimized by Key Bank with holding deposited money, yet paying the debits and checks, . I was told I had $250, but when I debited a $4 cup of coffe, and $60 in a debit for Christmas purchase, I was charged for overdrafts because they process the debits, BEFORE They Credit the deposit!  I want in on the lawsuit, does anyone have information on it.
