Animal testing for cosmetics

reviewed by StarkTruth

Animal testing is the use of non-human animals in experiments. In this case, it is for the purpose of testing certain cosmetic substances to determine their effect on humans.

Animal testing for cosmetics 2

What amazes me is that they can get those cute little critters to fill out the tests. Are they multiple choice or essay? Do they provide translators? How are they able to hold the #2 pencils in their paws to completely fill in the little circles? Who exactly is it that determines if fluffy looks 'hot' 'smokin hot' or just plain 'trashy' in that fire-engine red lipstick? And please... does the glittery blue eye shadow on muffins really make her fido hot?  I think not. I'm afraid that I'll have to vote no on animal testing for cosmetics...

I draw the line on some things... and this is just going too far. What can I say... I'm having one of those 'feeling socially responsible kind of days' Besides... You'd think that if pets really want to look hot, they'd do something about shaving those hairy legs.

Exactly. There's nothing worse that seeing a doberman in stockings and heels with unshaved legs.
