Does anyone know who to contact about previous warranties I purchased with my wedding bands last year? I want to know if I can be reimbursed or if some other company is taking over their warranties.

i was wondering if you found out anything regarding your situation. I am in the same mess with this company....is there a phone number? i tried like 20 different numbers....thanks..babs

I too bought jewelry there and extended warrenty now need a repair and oops can't do anything about it. Was told others jewelers wanting business would honor that warrenty but haven't found one of those yet either.
