First off, I work for an outsource call center for Verizon Wireless, and as far as you people getting fones FOR SHOW or paper weight is beyond me and call us to complain why your fone doesnt work? SAY IT WITH ME ...User ERROR? That is why we require you to be on a data plan if your paying so much for a fone you shud be smart enought to want to utilize the phone effectively. SECOND to the person who has never received a bill? MY VERIZON? if we are so ignorant to not know how to do that then idk why the hell you wud bother keeping service. I do admit Verizon Wireless is pricey but thats all i can say badly about them. THIRDLY. With any company it is up to the Customer Service Rep to do there job the best they can i personally take my job very seriously and do everything i can do make YOU satisfied bkoz that is what i expect wen i call my cell phone company,( i have tmobile only bkoz of the g1 ) but if you have so many problems with any provider you are with dont complain to ur customer service rep, or cuss us out bkoz HONESTLY to be COMPLETELY 100% truthful 1 we dont care. 2 Just bkoz you dont listen,read,or do your own research before you do any changes thats not our fault and 3. if you scream cuss at us of course your not gonna get anywhere..Do urself a favor youll get more bang for your buck if you have the decency to calm urself down before you call.

p.s dont let sales reps talk you into doing anything you feel you wudnt really need, or a fone that you cant even turn on.

I'm not sure whether I should find this amusing or scary, but there's something wrong when Verizon would employ someone who can't even spell the word "phone" (or "would", "yourself", "because", or ....)

I think this post really illustrates exactly what is wrong with Verizon. Seriously, this guy writes like an 11 year old. Do you really want your money going towards a company who retains these people as their customer service representatives. No wonder their are so many negative comments when Verizon employees come from the bottom of the barrel.

I work for verizon as well, and I also agree that its usually USER error. First of all there IS NO internet package more than 44.99 for your blackberry and unless your a business you only pay 30 dollars a month. I dont know I guess some people are never satified and equally stupid.

I am not a Verizon employee. I do agree that in most situations, we the customers do not understand everything. It may cause us to be suprised when we are told that we will not be able to be helped. Even if you had time to read the whole contract, it is not viable to understand it all in one reading. That is when you the Verizon employees who have the experience, should inform the customers of the most misunderstood parts of the contract. When you have commercials telling you that we will take care of you then you don't, I would also be mad. From all the responses from the Verizon employees, they all seem extremely mad. If you cant handle being a customer care person then get out. I personaly have T-MOBILE. They actually take the time to explain things to you. They actually listen to what you are telling them. I may not have 5 bars all the time, but what is the benefit of having full bars when the only people you are talking to are not your friends and family, but an overly angry customer care rep. for hours on end. T-MOBILE HAS REPLACED MY PHONE SEVERAL TIME WITH NO CHARGE EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE OUT OF WARRANTY. I did not even pay shipping and handeling.
