Mixed Breed 1

I have a miniature poodle/Yorkshire terrier mixture (Yorkie-poo) and it's the most worthless, ugly, terrorizing thing I have never set my eyes on. Thank god it's my parent's and not mine -- he attacks people when they come over, barks nonstop at nothing outside, jumps on the couch (this thing can jump like a cat), barks at you when you walk upstairs or walk in the house, doesn't guard the house -- our cars got egged and that's the only time he could have been useful, but instead he was upstairs snuggling up against my parent's door sleeping. He is untrainable and awful. I hate this breed.

I'm disgusted when people blame dogs for their "breeds" and call them "untrainable"

Behaviour problems are because the PEOPLE are doing something wrong. Have you or they hired a trainer, or have you maked this dog? Get another trainer.

Mixed breeds are generally healthier. A dogs tractability can be SOMEWHAT attributed to breed, but it is based off of what the owner is doing to TEACH the dog. Working with dogs takes A LOT of time, even a lot of money. Something needs to be done about this dogs dominant behaviour. What techniques have been tried?

Poodles are one of the most trainable dogs. There may be underlying issues with the dog that have been over looked. The dog may be in some sort of pain causing aggression. A vet cannot only help you with the physical issues of the dog, but direct you to a trainer.
