I would LOVE to give Verizon a CRAPPY rating, but when they pride themselves in having service everywhere...they really do.  I went to Jamaica and still got service there -- of course with roaming fees, but WOW!  They have the worst customer service I have never seen or talked to -- they messed up my bill six consecutive months in a row.  I just got fed up with it and terminated my contract and went on with T-mobile.  Thank heavens.

I think it's funny that you blame customer service for "messing up" your bill. Customer service has nothing to do with your bill -- it automatically prints based on the changes made to your account. And these changes cannot be made without the customer requesting to make them.
