Please, nobody make the same mistake as I did! I got so "lucky" to have DEBBIE BOZEMAN, from the Neshaminy office, book my destination wedding. I was told she would take care of everything and I would have no worries. That was the biggest joke I have ever heard. I had over 20 people book through her, and not one person is happy with her "services." She did not call people back to answer their questions, she set the payment schedule for days she wasn't even there. She didn't take the money out of peoples accounts until she felt like it, and some had to call her and remind her to do so. I am leaving in a week and I still have no idea what room class I am in, because the wedding planner told me we are eligible for an upgrade and my travel agent should tell me all about it. I still am waiting for a call back for 5 days ago to find out what the hell is going on. Save yourself the stress and book it yourself, This lady is getting commission on more than 20 people and she didn't do a THING to earn it!!! I will NEVER USE LIBERTY TRAVEL AGAIN! Nor will anyone who I get to share my terrible experience with!

Did you get to Jamaica? Stay in a Resort? Fly There? Get Married? Fly Home?
I did take care of everything! I was NOT your paid Wedding Planner, your Maid of Honor, your Bridesmaid or your mother. You traveled, transferred and stayed in you nice tropical resort and came home. I did my job. Your guests were given the opportunity to make payments on their packages with airfare that was ultimately issued at a significantly lower fare than quoted - which you and your guests "sounded" thankful for when I was issuing their tickets for less money for them - and by the way - for me too! The folks on you group air space did not pay any additional money - which I took a loss on also! And let's talk about the guy from Pittsburg who I got out early so he would'nt miss the flight to Jamaica!
With regard to setting payment dates for days that I was not even in the office, well I am so sorry that my boss told me that due to a scheduling conflict, I was needed to work another day - and only 1 person called that day to make their final payment. Let's don't mention all the people I worked with until a couple days before the departure date to get their payments because I wanted to make sure your guests were able to go. I could've been a jerk and forced everyone to make their payment ON TIME or cancel them for non-payment per terms of the contract. With regard to taking money out of people's accounts when I felt like it - CMON - I never took any payment from anyone without their expressed permission - which is how it works. I am not allowed to charge anyone's credit card without them telling me to - and we don't even keep their card numbers on file! They have to give them to me each and every time a payment is made so I just don't know what you are talking about with this. Now let's talk about your room upgrade. When you have a bona fide group _ 10 rooms or more - SOME resorts give the B&G a room upgrade - based on availability. Because groups - regardless of the type - have a high attrition rate, we book individual rooms because when contracted directly with the hotel they REQUIRE a HUGE non refundable deposit. In an effort to not have that passed on to the group, we find a way around that. Groups are therefore not converted until after final payment (which your's was -on Christmas Eve - and I worked after office closing that night to make sure everthing was taken care of for YOU, BEFORE I went home to my family!) to ensure that the minimum room count is reached. Had we booked the number of rooms you initially came to me with, and I had booked directly with the resort, your nonrefundable deposit would have had 2 numbers in front of the comma! Instead, your friends and family only put out 100.00 per person to cover BOTH your Group air space AND your Hotel Space. And, as I recall, the wedding planner that told you about an upgrade, backed down from that saying she never said it. I understand Jaime, that a week before your wedding that tension runs high. But I worked very hard for you and your guests and I am sorry that you and your family/guests did not see EXACTLY what I did do for you. I am also sorry that you did not UNDERSTAND the intricacies of working in the travel industry - inspite of the numberous emails with detailed explanations of what to expect. Travel Agents get verbally abused often because people don't understand how our behind-the-scene jobs are, but the malicious use my full name in a public forum is reprehensible and I have every intention of contacting my attorney.
