Now let us think about what your saying. "inflexible POLICIES" - Policies are there for a reason. Unless there is some type of bank error or some catastrophe that was out of your hands why would Bank of America break a policy due to your lack of doing YOUR part. I.E. Paying your Credit Card on time, checking your credit card / checking / savings statements, Not over drafting your checking account / depositing money before cut off times etc ?
