DeVry University 4

I found it funny when i visited www.ihatedevry.com and all i saw was a terribly built website with terrible English. This was after reading that this person was complaining about the same issues. I graduated from Devry and I am about to graduate from Keller and i can honestly say the only issues i had was with financial aid. The teachers were fine and Keller's teachers were even better. Just so you know i have attended a state university and a community college and did not like either. I actually chose Devry over Depaul because that 30,000 a year school takes teachers with no work experience, just a degree. Every teacher i had at Devry had at least 5 years of high level work experience and a degree in what they were teaching. It seems like the people complaining on here went there for a limited time or have no other experience in other colleges, because it is all the same.

I choose DeVry's Game and Simulation Programming B.S. over other schools such as Full Sail primarily because of their regionally accreditation versus other school's nationally "technical school" lower accreditations. DeVry's credit's are on par with MIT or any other liberal arts college in the country. And every professor whom I've had the privilage to learn under so far in my year at this school has had no less than a Master's Degree among many other creditials.

Wow, I just went to that "ihatedevry.com" forum and the level of insanity and extreme vulgar stupidity left me with a worry that all that website is designed for is to put a virus on people's computers. There are years between posts and I can't seem to find one real "complaint". Of course I tend not to read through messages with that much vulgarity to begin with. Tends to make one think any other "opinion" they may have is as well educated as their language.
