Speaking as a customer who has had the misfortune of dealing with the useless tools behind the counter who think they deserve even a fraction of the pay they receive (minimum wage is too good for you morons), I have to say that this comment is completely full of self-important B.S. Seriously, why the hell do you even care if the customer gets their late fee back? It's not your money. You're just a corporate tool who deserves the feces the world feeds you. Why not go out and do something for yourself? Be indepenent. Instead of whining about your job and the people you have to deal with, go out and make something happen for real. I've seen your kind before. You're the type of person who fills out applications, and fills out unemployment forms when things don't go your way at work. The real taxpayers... the people who make this country what it is, are tired of your annoying sense of entitlement, your useless inefficiency, and your abject stupidity. It's not my fault you failed in school and couldn't learn to spell the word LIAR. You're the idiot who had to get a job working at Hollywood Video which means that... guess what? YES, you ARE inferior to me. Remember, all men were CREATED equal. It's not the customer's fault that your growth and learning was stunted along the way to make you end up where you are. You're a moron who obviously was left behind the rest of us. That you lasted a year and a half at that worthless company is proof that they are destined to fail.

Ronnieramone, your posts about Hollywood Video employees are insulting. I'm not only referring to this post but to your others. I don't care that you were wronged by the employees at the Pahrump Hollywood Video, nor do I care that you lost 10 minutes of your life to waiting in that line to try and rent Hellboy II. We've all had bad experiences because we felt we were not given the star treatment at AnyBusiness Inc... Deal with it.

You see, what is most insulting about all of your tirades on this company and its employees is the blanket of attributes you are applying to EVERY WORKER. Really, we are all just "buffoons at the cash register," aren't we? I'm working two jobs, one of which being with this company, to pay my way through nursing school, which clearly any old buffoon can do any old day, right? We're all just a bunch of idiot kids who would just as soon collect an unemployment check if we had the chance, right? Everyone who works at my store, save for the manager, is using this job to pay their rent/tuition so they can GET AN EDUCATION and, as you said, "Be independent" and "Do something real." But to you, we are all just buffoons. Yep, working way harder than we have to so that we can graduate with less debt and more opportunity is only the work of a first class moron.

I'm not trying to argue. Yes, you are right about some workers in this company because we've got thousands of them and if you throw out a bunch of derogatory statements, surely some of them have got to be true with SOMEBODY. However, I am truly insulted that you would demean me, my coworkers, and those of us who DO work our asses off to try and make this a better company than The Other Guys. We do exist, and I hope you can understand that just because we work at a video store, which is replaceable by machines, we are humans, too. And we are trying to get ahead in life while waiting at the pit stop that is Hollywood Video.
