upload / download speeds are lies. i have the 1.5m/256k package and it's a joke. i RARELY get over 1m down, and NEVER and i mean NEVER get 100k up. customer service is poor. if your modem is blinking they can't / won't help with issues. if you change routers, it's 2 strokes and a heart attach to get their service back up.

look for a different provider. wildblue should be prosecuted for false advertising.

Tell that to the good ole boy/computer geek CJ Davidson...alias WildBlue incognito. He'll argue with you...though he never gives anything but an argument...all fluff...no stuff.

I'm thinking of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau once we find a different Internet company. They are FALSE ADVERTISING by saying they have speeds faster than dial-up. It takes half an hour to download a 2 minute video from YouTube! If there was a way to make a class-action lawsuit against them, I would be a member of the prosecuting party.
