LEARNED yer lesson?? never ever book or use a go-between idiot web-travel or vacation site such as travelocity,expedia,cheaptics,obitz,ect ect get the picture?
all are representing you if you should have any probs either with air'car,lodging or resort NONE ARE liable to pay you or refund you ONLY THEY THE IDIOT travel company such as orbitz is responsible for your bookings you can complain all you want not the airlines not the lodging not the resort or amusement park or car rental will even neigociate nor talk to you about any compensation nor try to accom you you are a pawn to the likes of orbitz or travelocity and the likes!!!!!!!! no matter what hellashish deals you may think your getting...INSTEAD always go direct to the airlines to purchase yer tics and diect to the hotel for lodging you get seame deals or better than and if anything goes wrong you are not tyed to any bullshit travel company such as orbitz or expedia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!they bilk more charges into a typical-hotel desk reduced rate you would get if you went straight to their website.. why thehell ANYONE WOULD use these god-awful site is beyond me most will fight you for every penny you sent getting the deal from them..that's if you succeed in finding their complaint and or dispute centers most are not easy if at all to access by web...very few of these jerkoff sites settle in your favor for ANYTHING...you must do a full C/C(credit-card chargeback)then fight them thru yer bank to get anything!!!!so again stay away from any cheaptics orbitz,expedia,travelocity anything dealing with airline tics/total vacations other than beloved disney themselves..they are not in your best interests shoul;d something go wrong and you cannot complain to anyone but them yoyos if so trust me!!!!!!!

yes let me know again i warn anyone to stay away from any internet ticket-deals or whole vaca/package deals thru any go-between sites such as orbitz,expedia,travelocity,checktics, ect ect ect none are gonna keep yer best interests and help you recover any losses weather time and $ or belongings or reservations gone bad......once the $ is wired it's as good as gone'and all demand full payment before the trip...even buying into their ins programs all will fight you every step of the way in trying to recover losses ins or not that's jus more trip-$ gone their way...another tip[ never buy into airline-ins or trip ins. even from the likes of disney...all will never give you $ on losses some give you voutchers to use in a 12month window......airlines are good about that none will ever give you $ back...including disney...all give future voutchers or free access/tickets to be used in next 12 monthes good only at their places of buisness or airline or hotel ect ect...i have rarly heard anyone ever getting a monetary refund from any trip/travel venue..amusement parks included...never buy into any kind of trip insurance most always give the same voutchers without insurance anyways...

I fully agree! Expedia is awful and does not pay their credit card bills, either, causing my husband and I a 2 hr. wait to get checked in to our hotel, after talking to every customer service rep and supervisor at Expedia!!
