Incompetent and rude customer service, complicated bills, and a general sense of bait and switch with rates offered. They told me that when I switched from Verizon that they would contact Verizon and cancel the service. Many months later I'm still seeing an item on my ATT bill for Verizon, and the ATT people will not help in straightening things out. Rather they tell me it is my responsibility and my problem. I'm looking to bail.
