Wells Fargo 1

I was really happy with Wells Fargo untill they cleaned out my entire savings account because of a mistake someone else made. I know it is legal and all of that but morals are something a business should have as well. One day I checked my account balances and I saw that my savings account had only $1.19 in it. Over $3,000 was taken out of my account. I called the bank immediately and was told they would investigate it and get back to me within 5 business days. I waited for almost a week with no reply and no money since I had just transferred most of my checking account into my savings a week before the money was taken out.

After calling to check the status of my claim and an hour and a half getting transferred around 7 times, hung up on , and was treated so poorly by one man it brought me to tears they could finally tell me money was taken out of my account by the bank itself but would not tell me why or where. The last man I talked to refused to give me his supervisor and his name.

Come to find out because my mothers name was on my account and she didn't know they took the money out of my account to pay on her loan because she had closed her accounts with them months ago. I am an 18 year old who worked for years to save up that much money since I am going to college in a few months and they won't do anyting to help me. I tried to explain to them that none of the money in the account his my mothers but she had to be with me when I started it because I was still a minor. Also because I work for the state taxes are not taken out of my paychecks but I have to pay in instead and I now have no money to pay my taxes.
