Dollar Rent-A-Car

If there was an option for a quarter star or 0 stars, this would be the place for it. I have never had a such an experience when renting a vehicle.
First of all I was never notified that my confirmation deviated from the actual agreement. It was explicitly written on my confirmation that my rental agreement was for 4 days. I made sure to call and confirm before showing up and making sure that the agreement was correct. I was told that everything was correct and all was well. Upon picking up the car I was told the same. However, they made sure to sneak in a different return time without telling me that it was different than the agreement. Upon dropping the car off I was notified of the different time frame and of course a higher price. I proceeded to bring this up to the manager and the Denver airport location (his name is Brooklyn) he was possibly the rudest individual that I have dealt with in a customer support format. He would not look at my original confirmation and told me that I would need to take it up with his corporate administration. I asked to borrow his pen to write down his name and the info I needed and he refused to give me his pen, or get one for me. He instructed a fellow employee to do so.
After returning home the next day, I called corporate but to no avail. They repeatedly explained that it was a 5 day rental and not a 4 day rental. OK! I GET IT! This I understood, but never was I told differently. I understood AFTER it was explained to me AFTER I returned the rental and AFTER I was charged for an extra day.
No resolution was ever made, and I was repeatedly told that I was at fault for the undercutting.
PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER USE DOLLAR RENT-A-CAR UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
