Macy's 5

I've worked for Macy's now for 3 years and Kaufmanns before that so all together I've been there almost 11 years. Right now it's a job that pays my bills. But it's the worst company I've ever worked for in my life. They took away everything from the associates. The black dress code is a little crazy. It looks like someone is in morning. But who can afford a new black dress code on the salary that they offer to there employees. I can tell you some horrible shit that happens in our store. The merchandise sucks ,that's if there is any. They want to be America's Department store well guess what you can't do that without stuff to sell. This company doesn't care about there employees at all and never will. With the economy the way it is. of course they had to make cuts and not give raises for the second year in a row. Which I think is wrong for the employees that actually go to work everyday and bust there ass. It doesn't matter how hard you work or what you achieve, if the company does poorly well so do you!!But did everyone now that works for this lovely company , now that TERRY LUNDGREN
still got his 6 DIGIT bonus!!!! They had to make cuts just so he could get his money!! It was on CNN! I wanted to reach through the screen and rip someones head off!
