this was the worse mistake i've ever made, i should have never change from my dsl, i was told this was much faster but your better to have dial up then this cramp, i sure hope people really look into this before they sign up and get stuck like the rest of us.

Do not take crap from them. First stop the flow of funds at the soucre...or they will continue to bill you and take money. Then just tell them where to go. Their signup agreement is illegal and they know it...so ignore them...and get your DSL back. I would never trade DSL for the likes of these guys!

As a Rural customer I had no other choice. No Dial up after the phone lines wore out and they would not replace unless we paid the cost. It is the same for power lines must pay for poles and wire. Seemed a bargain. Sometimes go a week without service. Can't log on they over sold this zip code. No longer doing any installs here. Call Tech service they reset the modem by download or have you turn off the modem wait and turn it back on to see if it will log back on system. Was suppose to be connected 24/7. So slow loading pages at times read a book wild using. System of last resort.
