I have a 2004 sportsman 600,great machine has all the go you could want.will go where no man has gone before, if you know how to ride one.theres no other machine that compares to the ride and power of this machine ! compared to a honda with crappy suspension,no balls and electronic shift!COME ON NOW GET REAL....... honda rancher 350 you would be lucky if it beat your own ass,then again it probably did!!!!!

That's funny I own both, a Polaris 500 sportsman and a Honda 450 s. The Polaris will outrun the Honda hands down BUT these types of machines are not designed for speed. The Honda is not only built better but will also out pull the polaris anyday of the week. If I had to buy them all over again I would buy the Honda again and again and will never waiste another penny of a Polaris. Look under the skin of the Polaris and it looks like it was hand built in someones garage. Also I am not a big fan on belt drive now for sure.
