Isagenix
2
I learnt about Isagenix through a friend of my husband who was raving about the results that many people she knew were experiencing, including herself. I am 37 years old, eat relatively healthy and exercise regularly, but need to shed about 10 pounds put on over the last year. I was enticed by the cleansing aspect and high-nutrients that are contained in the products. It has been 2 weeks since I started this program and I have been faithful in following the schedule.
Unfortunately, I am not experiencing anywhere near the weight loss that others have experienced, or claimed to experience. Before I started the program, I was losing a bit of weight, about a pound a week, and now 2 weeks into Isagenix, I can't say that Isagenix is making any difference. I've lost about 1.5-2 pounds during this time. Also, I've noticed hardly any difference in my energy level.
Within the first week of starting this program, I did a one-day cleanse which was absolutely horrible. I drank the cleanse juice 4 times during the day with a lot of water, and ate the six recommended IsaSnacks to help with the hunger. During this day of fasting, I was miserable, tired and lithurgic from not eating, and could hardly concentrate on my schoolwork. I chose a day when I could stay home and did not exercise. I could not stand the effects of this so-called cleanse and refused to try it on the 2nd day for an even 'deeper cleanse.' Once I went back to the shakes and introducing healthy food (day after cleanse), I started to feel much better. I did not notice any difference in my body before I did the cleanse or after (except the horrible effects on the day of the cleanse). I'm not sure if this 'cleansing' is a scam or not. If I had so many toxins in my body and spent a day cleansing, shouldn't I have noticed somewhat of a difference?
The shakes do taste good but they only keep my full for about 2 hours. Isasnacks are equally as good but don't satisfy hunger very long. The Ionix Supreme is very good. However, I can't tell if the Isaflush and Natural Accelerator are doing anything in my body.
Overall, This 30 day program is not worth the $420 Cdn that my husband and I spent. I think only the shakes and Ionix Supreme are worth purchasing.
Thank you,
Shannon
