ANYONE ever heard of the THROTTLE CABLE being routed wrong at the handlebars causing unintended acceleration when turing the handlebar?? The cables being on the outside of the cover and not under it? This can be dangerous.

I have a 2004 and the exact same thing happens with the unintended acceleration when turning the handlebars at very low speeds.
