Wells Fargo 1

Though my situation is RESTARTED it is still very embarrassing for me! A few years ago I ended up moving into a bad situation with a girl who ended up working for Wells Fargo. I ended up living in the apt for only 2 months because it was THAT bad! Anyways YEARS later I see that girl, Kristy, walk into her car and drive away. I was sitting in the car with a friends waiting for another friend who banks there. I was talking with my friend in the car while waiting for my other friend to come out. When my other friend was finally finished she asked me, "Hey did you get out of the car and talk to anyone?" I said no I was in the car the whole time. Then my friend, who was in the bank, began to tell me that some teller, names Sasha, was talking to her about ME. I said what was she talking about? My friend just told me how Sasha was going on about ME, and wanted to know how my friend knew me. About a half hour after that incident I decided to complain to the branch manager about her tellers unprofessional behavior. The manager quickly started talking over me and then told me that the Kirsty girl already called the branch manager and accused me of getting out of the car to harass Kirsty. I was also accused of calling this Kristy girl and apparently I harassed her over the phone as well. Regardless how silly this situation is, I'm embarrassed! Regardless of what happened in the past Kristy needs to get over me deciding to leave! I do not know this girl, or sasha, and Kristy, Sasha, and the branch manager all need to learn how to handle themselves in a professional environment!

Another time, this last December, I was sat down by one of the branch sales people (I needed to cash a check through Wells Fargo and to do anything there you have to sit down with a salesman). She was trying to sell me an account with Wells Fargo which I denied. I ended up HAVING to listen to this woman, doing what I came in to do, and I left. I ended up needing to go back inside really fast for something and overheard that very woman telling other employees about how she KNEW I was trouble!
Well lady sorry I'm not interested in your free plush pony! GET OVER IT lady and be lucky you still even work there!

After my experiences at Wells Fargo I'm VERY sure that I will NEVER walk into another one of those banks again! Seeing how their employees act I'm interested in banking with people who are professionals who I can trust with my accounts!

I am not suprised by the behaviour of the staff. I would complain to the Regional Manager about these people.
