My wife bought some new tires here a couple months ago. We've taken both of our cars here for an oil change. When you drop your car off and when you pay your bill, you talk to the owner directly. He doesn't pressure you into trying to make any unnecessary repairs, but will mention things that you should keep an eye on. The prices are comparable to other places, and the service seems better than average. If given the choice, I'd rather do simple tasks like changing the oil and such myself, but when you live in an apartment that's not always a real option.
