They have the worst customer service, employees, billing dept, managers of any company I have ever dealt with. They made an error on my bill and expect me to pay for it. Sorry, I have a contract - don't try to charge me extra for something you messed up. Rented a car from 10/1/08 thru 10/10/08. They returned my car in their system on 10/7/08, charged me an early return fee, extra for the 10/8 - 10/10 and then sent a collections agency after me while I was waiting for THEM to return my phone call. This added on top of their rude salesperson who backhandedly called me an idiot for not taking the optional insurance. "Smart people take the insurance" he said. How does he know what my personal and corporate policies cover? NEVER RENT FROM DOLLAR!
