Minnesota

I have lived in MN my entire life...... lived in many different cities.
Bad things: Snow, cold, get into the high class areas (edina, white bear lake, etc) you will come in contact with a bunch of snobs
Good things: Yes, we have a low crime rate, doesn't mean we don't have crime, just not as bad as other areas. If you get to MN take a chance, and come see around Duluth. You want to see some spectacular views overlooking Lake Superior, especially in the fall! Its amazing.
I am living in a small town, and I wouldn't trade it for city life. I like being able to go to the grocery store, and run into people I know.
Don't judge our state, by the stupid movies that they produce and make here. (Fargo, feeling minnesota, etc) they just portray us as a bunch of idiots. Most people here also don't use "ya betcha, etc" all those are, are just stupid stereotypes.
Plus don't forget, we are the land of 10,000 lakes, however, our state bird IS the mosquito, lol.......... and hey, we have the Mayo Clinic, and the Mall of America!!
