To all the skeptics.

I started this cleansing program after listening to a fellow doctor explain the benefits of it. That was in mid January. I ordered the 30 day plan and started at 283.6 lbs. (took a picture of both me and the digital scale) Begin date 02/03/09.

30 days later, I feel great, have incredible energy, and lost a total of 40 pounds. That's right, I said 40 pounds in 30 days! On March 5, 2009 I weighed in at 243.6 exactly. It is now the 15th of March and I am down another 7 pounds. This program works. I will finish my second 30 day plan on April 4th. Then I will continue on a modified plan where I only drink one shake a day (probably for dinner) along with the herbal and botanical supplements.
